Legal Methods for Hunting Migratory Birds

When hunting any migratory birds (except crows), you must use a shotgun that cannot hold more than three shells. If the shotgun is capable of holding more than three shells, it must be plugged with a one-piece filler that can only be removed when the shotgun is disassembled.
