Safely Transporting Firearms
In addition to the safety concerns of transporting firearms there are varying federal, state and local laws and regulations. Be aware of any regulations for the area you will be traveling through and hunting in.

In addition to regulations when transporting firearms, you should always travel with them in the manner that makes them the safest, in case it is mishandled or there is an accident. This means the firearm should be unloaded and cased. Either with the action open or with the gun broken down.
