Transporting Firearms in a Boat

You should follow the same rules as when transporting your firearm in your vehicle. The unloaded firearms should be placed into the bow of the boat with the muzzle pointing forward before you board the boat.

If you will be occupying the boat with others, after the first firearm and person are loaded in that order, then the second unloaded firearm should be placed in the stern of the boat with the muzzle pointing rearward followed by the second hunter loading into the boat.
