Restrictions on Methods for Hunting Migratory Game Birds

Decoys: It is illegal to:

• Use decoys when hunting migratory game birds on all game management areas from one hour after sunset until midnight.
• Leave waterfowl decoys unattended for more than 30 minutes is between midnight and one-half hour after sunset.

Blinds: In game management areas, it is illegal to:

• Construct blinds using anything except for the area’s natural vegetation. Willows may be cut to make a blind, but trees or parts of trees may not be cut.
• Construct blinds by using nails, spikes, pins, etc. on any tree.
• Use portable blinds between one hour after sunset and midnight.
