Gauges
Shotguns are manufactured with different bore diameters, and each size is referred to as a gauge.
The common shotgun gauges are:
- 10 gauge
- 12 gauge
- 16 gauge
- 20 gauge
- 28 gauge
- 410 gauge.
The 12 gauge is the most versatile and can be used for game hunting, game bird hunting and target shooting.
