All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)
It is illegal to operate an ATV:
- On any public highway, or other public property, unless you are:
- Operating in an area authorized for ATV use or…
- Crossing a public highway by the most direct route possible.
- On another person’s property unless you have the landowner’s written consent or it is explicitly authorized by law.
