Finding a Location

Finding a place to trap is essential. The place you choose affects how successful you will be. Look for a place where it is unlikely that the following will occur:

• The animal will get tangled in brush, fences, etc.
• Objects will keep the trap system from working correctly.
• You will catch non-target animals.
• Humans or domestic animals will come close to the trap.
