  • Cable devices should always comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where you are trapping.
  • The effectiveness of the device is highly dependent on the trapper’s ability to make the set conform to the target animal’s size and behavior.
Correct Set Placement

The cable placement and loop size are correct.

Incorrect Set Placement - High Loop

The set is incorrect because the loop is too high.

Incorrect Set Placement - Low Loop

The set is incorrect because the loop is too low.

Incorrect Set Placement - Large Loop

The set is incorrect because the loop is too large.
